Public Housing
The Public Housing Program is a federally funded initiative designed to provide safe, affordable housing for eligible low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Administered locally by the Housing Authority and overseen by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This program ensures residents have access to quality housing while paying an affordable portion of their income toward rent.
The Blue Hill Housing Authority does not currently accept Section 8 Vouchers.
- The Blue Hill Housing Authority currently consists of 12 brick buildings with 1-2 bedrooms in each apartment. Totaling to 2-4 apartments in each building. Each apartment is furnished with a refrigerator and an efficiency stove.
