The Blue Hill Housing Authority, also known as Westgate Manor, has proudly served the Blue Hill community since 1965. Originally founded to provide safe and affordable housing for the elderly, the first phase of construction included the main building and 11 apartments.
As the needs of the community grew, so did Westgate Manor. Over the years, the property has expanded to a total of 38 apartments, offering both one- and two-bedroom units. This growth allowed the program to serve not only elderly residents, but also low-income families and individuals with disabilities, ensuring that affordable housing opportunities are available to those who need them most.
Today, Westgate Manor continues its mission of supporting the community by providing secure, well-maintained homes where residents can thrive. With a long history of commitment and service, the Blue Hill Housing Authority remains dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all.
